This opinion-based site was created after I had lots of problems trying to return an item to eBuyer. This isn’t the first time. They refuse to accept returns without regard to the Sale of Goods Act nor the Distance Selling Regulations. I’ve created this site to inform others, try to get eBuyer to fix their problems, and to help and support other customers.
